|Recommended: YesThis is a good property to live at — Starting off with overall maintenance and upkeep of the place, it is done well Always seems clean, fresh, and just good attention to details in general. The trash rooms are always taken care of and are actually clean, and even hallway messes are cleaned in timely manner. Only thing I wish was the spa floor a little more clean. Enjoyed it quite a few times but is a little dirty, just needs the pool vacuum every once in awhile. Currently in the service industry like so, for a 17 story high-rise and this place is right up there in cleanliness and quality Maintenance team is doing a great job
The leasing office team are very kind and understanding. I've had to ask them quite a few questions on things and they will get to the bottom of things. The only thing I wish is that they are a little more timely. I had to deal with a few things on my lease and it took quite awhile for things to get figured out and my time was VERY short. I had to stop by the office almost every day to make sure that I can get answers. Eventually they came through with some answers but took awhile only because of short staff at time. I think overall, the office team gets it done as best as they can and appreciate all of the hard work they do This property inside and out is taken care of well and would definitely recommend this place to other people Please keep up the good work thus far, it really is a nice place to live

|Recommended: NoWe like it quite a bit but there are some things that need work — Things are very nice here, appliances are efficient and up to date, and the building quality is very modern and nice. location is amazing.
There are a couple big problems though Something is wrong with the HVAC, our bedroom vent expels dust and other particles, we're currently trying to fix this potential health hazard . And packages can be easily stolen although there are cameras , it's happened to us twice now.

|Recommended: YesThis is a great place to live. Glad we moved here — I read some negative reviews on Yelp so I was hesitant but I’m glad I made my own decision. It’s quiet on our side and we have a great view. We are very happy here. Everyone is nice and it doesn’t feel like we are in an apartment. Glad we are here

|Recommended: YesLove the access to the park, Great place to make and meet friends — Being on ground floor, next to the park, is very convenient for walking our pet. We love starting our day by having our morning coffee on back patio. Management and maintenance have been immediately responsive to questions and very professional and helpful in their response.

Always clean I rarely hear my neighbors only sometimes I hear the people above but once I have my AC on all noise is drown out. I love how safe and secure this place is Definitely recommend You won't regret it

|Recommended: NoVery good — The floors are not carpeted so you have to be careful of footsteps of you will get noise complaints. Other then that, it's a nice place.

|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here — As the title says, I have lived here the past year and I have loved my experience The building and units are very attractive and modern the staff is so friendly and helpful the amenities cover everything I could ask for the units are very affordable for the quality.

|Recommended: YesLove the community — Very nice big windows and natural light. I don't like that the windows don't open though if you have a balcony .
I have submitted a maintenance workorder, but due to COVID they can't enter. However, I haven't really gotten any help for it either.

The apartment is lovely stylish, with everything I need to be comfortable. My leasing agent Taylor has been incredible, fun totally professional. From showing me the apartment to move in and now as a resident. Taylor, Liz Laura Leasing the Meredith Property Manager are always helpful responsive. Maintenance staff is excellent too. I plan on living here for many years. Oh, and my little dog love love loves it here too
