|Recommended: YesThe BEST Apartment I have ever lived in. Hands down — I signed a 6 month agreement for a 4th floor corner apartment, and have to say my wife and I have really enjoyed our stay. We only signed for 6th months because we were in between selling our old house, and buying our new one. I can say that the staff are very friendly and professional They made our stay sooo much better. The one maintenance issue we had a broken thermostat was replaced in about 2 hours from the time I reported it That was awesome The location is ideal for shopping and close enough for a commute to downtown, and it is very clean and updated. Oh, and the internet available is plenty fast
I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a very comfortable place to live. I would not be leaving, if we did not already have a home that we bought.

|Recommended: YesNew and Clean Complex — The staff at this complex are great. Office members are friendly and receptive to any and all forms of communication. Had one maintenance issue when I moved in where my dishwasher wasn't draining because the line was clogged from a previous tenant. The grounds crew staff members that responded to my request were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They work hard to keep the complex clean and organized and are always conducting themselves with professionalism. The amenities are updated, modern and accessible when not in a state enforced pandemic state in the community rooms and my apartment has new items that have worked great
One drawback for my unit specifically is that all of the windows are fixed and do not open. The apartment has lofted ceilings and is very roomy and airs out well, but getting fresh air inside requires me to open the patio door. So far, that has worked quite well so the windows haven't really been an issue. The blinds are sunshade style so it will prevent the apartment from overheating in the summer.
The other drawback is that I can hear other tenants through the walls. I can't hear the content of what other people are saying, but I can hear voices when folks are talking. I've never complained or made issue of it because it's not bad at all. Nothing anyone can or should do about it and overall a white noise machine helps me get to sleep at night. Not a huge deal

|Recommended: YesGreat first place so far — Really love the area of the apartment complex Always kept clean and leasing office people are nice - we really appreciate Gianna Can't hear neighbors that much, we have put in a few work orders but due to COVID maintenance is not coming in unless it's an emergency, which is perfectly understandable. Very sleek and modern place

|Recommended: YesI enjoy my place — It has been great, love the appliances and space view is great. I also love the bikes in the gym facility. I can hear my neighbors walking above me and I get a smell from my washer sinks occasionally. But besides that I love it.
