I have literally brought my issue to the main offices attention multiple times. I have provided recordings of the excessive noise. I have been promised we will handle this thank you for bringing it to our attention multiple times.

|Recommended: NoDo not live here. — This is the most poorly run apartment I have ever lived in. There is constant loud noise from neighbors at all hours of the day. Management is incompetent and will do nothing to resolve issues.

|Recommended: YesTenant — My family and I made a good decision to move here. Everything has been great and my kids enjoy living here. Very kid and pet friendly. The staff are awesome The park behind the apartments very nice and easy for me to take my kids and little frenchies out if we wanted to go for a walk or play at the park on a nice sunny day. I definitely recommend.

|Recommended: No185 standard cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit regardless of how prestine you clean the apartment. This is not in the contract and apparently there's nothing you can do about. This is robbery.

|Recommended: NoAfter spending hours cleaning the apartment above the standard that we moved in, we were charged 185 standard cleaning fee. When asked what needed cleaning, the front of the cabinets needed wiping down.
If you are charging 185 that will be taken out of your deposit as a standard nonrefundable fee, put it in the lease and make it known. It seems like an underhanded way to keep deposits.

|Recommended: YesPleased as punch spiked or not — I've lived here a little over a month now and waited a bit to write a review in order to settle in and get a sense of things. I can say now that I'm extremely happy with my decision to move here It truly feels like I'm on a cruise or at a resort....except that I have to work😅
The building and grounds are aesthetic and well-maintained from the welcoming clean lobby to the outdoor common area and pool. Fellow residents I've encountered are relatively quiet and considerate and management is accommodating. Amazon lockers and mailboxes are as you'd expect. The unit itself my studio is smartly designed, and while on the smaller side, there's a place for everything. Modern stainless steel appliances make it easy to clean and I particularly like that maintenance is responsive to requests on the portal next day in my case . CenturyLink modem is pre-installed but I prefer Verizon a half-mile down the street with unparalleled at least from my perspective customer service. The connection, a crucial component to my working remote, has been thus far flawless. Privacy is as optimal as you can ask for in condensed living. Large mirrored windows with modern roller shades and a crank style opening with a screen allow for decent airflow, though my unit and most have air conditioning. I don't have a view of the park, but my access to it out back provides me with a walking trail and an amphitheater with live music and movies through the summer.
I recently moved from the downtown waterfront and thought I'd miss the venues, but here, within a stone's throw, you have La Provence for weekend brunch, The Hopworks Brewery with it's outdoor patio of course, as well as Live, Laugh, Love art studio next door. Thursday morning, farmers market vendors set up shop in the adjacent lot. In spite of this, I've not encountered an issue with the open parking in the front and sides of this building at any time of day or evening. However, reserved and covered spots are available for additional.
Inside the community room lies my favorite amenity that much needed espresso machine for assuring that my morning will be a happy one😁
Newer cardio equipment and weights furnish a clean gym area that my coffee allows me to visit...sometimes. For those wanting yoga classes and the like, 24 hour fitness is walkable. After the workout, I've earned a visit to the pool which invites a relaxing venue for lounging or floating and catching some rays. But what pool would be complete without a BBQ pit for lunch There are two and though I've never been in charge of this myself that's what friends are for they are relatively simple to use with a switch on the wall and a turn knob below the grill. After the day's activities, the fire pit out back is a great place to entertain in the evening or to just wind down. The spa would be lovely to use but a heating unit has unfortunately been on order since I moved in, due to supply chain issues.
So, in short...or in long, depending how much of this review you skimmed before scrolling down to the conclusion, I highly recommend this place and give it 5 stars for livability. Waking up in the morning in a groggy state, I sometimes forget I'm not on a cruise or at a resort and look for a phone to order room service. But oh, yeah, I've got to roll out of bed and log in to my Zoom conference😔 If only I didn't have to work.

|Recommended: YesBut the View — Lived here for almost 2 months. It has its typical noise with any shared wall living. But nothing to complain about. The amenities and workers are great. Feels like a long term hotel, but nicer.
